This website collects personal data through the contact form and the associated server log files. No cookies or tracking tools are used.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by an external hosting provider. When you visit this website, information is automatically recorded in server log files that your browser transmits. This includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address.

Storage is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the error-free operation of the website.

4. Contact by Email

If you contact us by email, your information (name, email address, content of inquiry) will be stored for processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). We will not share this data with third parties without your consent.

5. Contact Form

When you use our contact form, we collect the following data: name, email address, company/URL, your enquiry type (selection) and your message. You may optionally provide your LinkedIn profile link. This data is processed and stored to handle your enquiry. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Data will be deleted once it is no longer needed for its original purpose, at the latest after 12 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. AI-Assisted Processing

Enquiries submitted via the contact form or by email are pre-processed by an AI system (“Alma”). The content of your enquiry as well as publicly available information about your company and about you as a person (e.g. public LinkedIn profiles, company websites) may be automatically analysed to generate a qualified initial assessment. If you provide your LinkedIn profile link, it will be specifically evaluated. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in efficiently and personally handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A final decision is always made by a natural person.

7. Newsletter and Further Contact

If you consent to the storage of your data and to being contacted about relevant topics via the contact form, we will use your email address to occasionally inform you about relevant content on AI transformation and organisation development. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time with future effect, e.g. by email to info@orgaloom.com or via the unsubscribe link in each message.
